Salim Khan (79) was operated upon for hernia at Lilavati Hospital in Bandra, Mumbai today.
The acclaimed screenplay writer was rushed to the hospital after he complained of severe lower abdominal pain. Salim saab's family including Salman, Arbaaz and Sohail Khan were by his side.
The surgery has been successful and the writer is likely to be discharged tomorrow morning.
